It also sheds light on fundamental guidelines regarding refunds and money-back guarantee policy. By using the Searchable Inc website, users invariably accept all the following obligations.

The unlawful exploitation of our content will account for a violation of trademark, copyright, and other relevant legal jurisdictions. Searchable Inc is fully empowered by the law to make a strong case for civil and criminal penalties against anyone who indulges in the illegal use of the content published on our website.

Refund Policy

It is important that you carefully read and understand the refund policies in order to have full knowledge of the privileges and limitations governed by the Searchable INC Policies. We offer refunds only in special cases and specified conditions, detailed as under: Searchable INC offers a 100% Refund on all its services, however, it is not an unconditional 100% refund and certain conditions still apply.

Searchable INC Refund Policy will be Void if;

• You have chosen a special or a custom package.
• You have demanded revisions beyond the initial concepts
• The customer has not been contacted or irresponsive for more than 2 weeks without notice.
• If the project is placed on hold upon customer request, the refund will be voided.
• Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
• The creative brief is lacking in required information from the client end.
• The business is closing or changing its name or business.
• Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with a partner, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service provided will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
• Once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions (for any services), the refund will not be applicable.
• The customer is entitled to 100% refund before company start working on the project.

Standard Hosting Refund Terms

Annual Plans+-Within 30 days of the date of the transaction.

Monthly Plans+-Within 48 hours of the date of the transaction.

*Monthly Plans include all plan with less than a 1-year terms (e.g, 6 mos, 9 mos,ets)

+Security products with remediation service cannot be refund once a cleanup request has been submitted

Hosting Service

If a Hosting Service has already been performed, then it is non-refundable (if not yet performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the transaction).

Searchable Inc follows a hassle-free 100% money-back guarantee policy with respect to its SEO / SMM projects. However, we would like to mention certain conditions that might be applicable to our 100% money-back guarantee policy.

• SEARCHABLE INC guarantees to use 100% White Hat SEO Strategies.
• SEARCHABLE INC does not bind the clients with any contract. We do Non-Binding agreements which means client can walk out from the services at any point with no prior notice. Clients can evaluate progress every month and decide whether or not they wish to continue with our services in the following months. If the client shows satisfaction based on the progress and continues with the following month and then in a certain month client wants to part way and want a refund, the client shall only get a refund for the last month’s payment and that too only if the committed results/rankings are not delivered. This is only applicable for recurring clients.
• There are no hidden FEES involved in any plan. We have two payment modules, recurring and renewals for 3, 6 and 12 months.
• To rank a website on the Top Searches for 50% of the keywords (i.e 1st Page) for local target audience, 3-4 months is the standard time frame. And for the nationwide campaign 6-8 months is the standard time frame.
• For any kind of Paid ads (Google ads or Social Media Paid ads), client would need to allocate the budget.
• The commitment of ranking a website on top searches (i.e Page 1) is only valid if the entire work flow gets carried out as outlined by the project manager/sales representative. If there are any delays from the client’s end in providing feedbacks/approvals, the commitment will be voided.
• If the client has been offered with a website development complimentary, client can avail an additional 1-month service at the end of the project tenure upon client’s request.
• If a client has availed any complimentary service (for example website development), he/she may not be entitled for any refund for the SEO, SMM or any Digital Marketing service the client must have paid for.

Payment Policy

All digital marketing services offered by Searchable Inc will be billed on a monthly recurring basis or on Renewal including Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Marketing, and other such like digital marketing services. Considering the duration and complexity of a project, customers might be charged on a recurring monthly payment basis for specific web development and design projects.

This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Client Feedback And Approval

All Searchable Inc projects are subject to the written feedback and approval of clients. If a client fails to provide feedback within 30 days or by the time a project marks its ending (whichever comes first), Searchable Inc has the right to retain the project costs. In such a case, clients cannot contest a full refund. However, there could be a possibility of a partial refund upon mutual agreement.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Client Websites

Searchable Inc does not bear any responsibility for damages incurred to clients or their entities (such as websites). Clients who are not happy with our services may request a refund and subsequently, stop using the website. Searchable Inc will not be liable for penalties owing to the accidental leakage or loss of client data from the search engine.

Searchable Inc relies on white-hat SEO practices that stand in line with the respective search engine’s most recent guidelines. We undertake action on clients’ websites after getting their approval beforehand.

Changes To Client Website

It is highly advisable for all our clients to back up their websites as it will prove handy in the face of any data loss. We also strongly recommend our clients to never perform any changes to the website without notifying us.

Changes To Website META Tags

Changes in the website design, template, or META tags could potentially influence the website traffic as well as ranking. Thus, our clients are recommended to tweak META details or alter the website and its content without taking us into confidence beforehand. Searchable Inc does not hold/share the responsibility for damages caused to ranking or traffic due to the changes in META details, design, theme, or content undertaken by any party.

We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Search Engine Penalties

Searchable Inc does not bear the responsibility if the client’s website receives a penalty from search engines for whatever reason. Searchable Inc is the ardent follower of white-hat SEO tactics aligning with search engine guidelines. Moreover, we inform clients before proceeding with any website changes.

Web Development Policy

Searchable Inc undertakes web development projects at clients’ requests. We will not share the burden of responsibility for data theft, or any harm caused to the online and offline property. Whenever possible, we request clients to provide us user-level access to their websites instead of administrative access.

Searchable Inc also recommends clients immediately change the login access to their websites as soon as the project marks completion. At the same time, we suggest our clients to backup websites on a trustworthy and protected server. In case a website is waived off from the Google index or gets erased unintentionally, Searchable Inc will not be held accountable for that.

SEO Work

Searchable Inc will not be liable if Google discounts website links from the index. Searchable Inc will also not be answerable if clients’ ranking is demoted due to the search engine updates. Performance issues from the part of clients related to ISP provider, hosting, or etc. that lay outside our control will not be our responsibility.
